Our store operates as a cross-border independent e-commerce retail business, mainly selling daily home goods and apparel products to overseas customers online.

1. Sourcing & Procurement
We source goods in bulk from certified domestic manufacturers and physical suppliers on China’s 1688 platform, maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with multiple qualified vendors. All procurement invoices and supplier contact information are properly filed. Purchased inventories are stored in our partnered domestic warehouses and packaged for shipment upon customer orders.

2. Business & Customer Service
We run an independent online store built on Shopify to sell directly to end consumers worldwide. Full-range services are provided, including product consultation, logistics tracking, after-sales return & exchange support. Once orders are confirmed, we cooperate with professional international logistics carriers to ship items directly from our domestic warehouse to overseas delivery addresses. No wholesale distribution or irregular drop-shipping is involved in our operation.

3. Customer Acquisition & Marketing
Customer traffic is obtained via compliant paid ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, supplemented by Google SEO optimization and organic social media content marketing. Customers complete orders and payments independently on our Shopify site, with all transactions fully processed within the Shopify ecosystem.

4. Additional Statement
All products are sourced through legal and legitimate channels. Product images and descriptions are originally created and photographed by our in-house team. We strictly avoid unauthorized copycat listing and fake shipment, conducting cross-border e-commerce in full compliance with relevant regulations.
